About the Position
We are now seeking a support pedagogue for our operations. As a support pedagogue, you work with people who need support with their daily living. You work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues, coordinators, nurses, and the operations manager. You will have some responsibility for the educational work in the operation and work closely with clients in their daily lives.
In this role, you work with:
Providing individual support, care, and service interventions
Reinforcing clarifying pedagogy
Planning and implementing activities with clients
Carrying out delegated health and care tasks
Who Are You?
As a person, you are service-oriented, attentive, and accommodating. The role of support pedagogue requires patience, flexibility, and responsiveness. As an employee at Humana, we take shared responsibility for our work environment and strive to create a good atmosphere in the unit and work group through respectful treatment. Therefore, great importance will be placed on personal suitability and previous experience.
To apply for this position, you must have/be:
Trained as a support pedagogue
Experience working with people with neurodevelopmental diagnoses, additional mental health diagnoses, and challenging behaviors
Good Swedish language skills in speech and writing, as documentation is a major part of the work
Category B driver's license
