We are seeking a full-time teacher in woodworking and metalworking We are looking for someone with a degree to teach woodworking and metalworking who wants to work with our students in grades 3-9. If you have Montessori training or experience working with Montessori pedagogy, that is a plus. It is also an advantage if you have worked with students with special educational needs and inclusive pedagogy, as well as if you have worked in a multicultural environment, as we value inclusion and diversity. You are confident in your role as a teacher and adult and have the ability to meet each student individually. We value good pedagogical skills and an understanding of people's different prerequisites for acquiring knowledge. You have good collaboration skills and relate to others in a responsive and flexible way while also being skilled at building and maintaining relationships with students, colleagues, and parents. We have a well-equipped woodworking and metalworking workshop, and you will work closely with the textile arts teacher.
