JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking substitutes for the municipality's preschools. Working with children is fun, developmental and meaningful, but it can also be challenging. It requires personal maturity such as being able to remain calm even in critical situations, helping children manage setbacks and conflicts, and respecting children's integrity.
Your main responsibilities will be to take responsibility for children's safety, care and wellbeing during the day. Follow regular staff planning and routines, participate in children's play and activities, both indoors and outdoors, and support children in everyday situations such as meals, hygiene, dressing and undressing, and rest.
You need to be a secure and present adult in the children's group
QUALIFICATIONS
The basic requirement is that you have completed upper secondary education. It is an advantage if you have attended the Children and Youth Recreation program or have begun preschool teacher training.
We would like it if you are multilingual, but it is a requirement that you can understand and communicate orally in Swedish. You must be able to communicate in Swedish with the youngest children in the preschool and by phone with adults.
To work as a substitute in preschool, it is important that you have good ability to cooperate and are calm and attentive in your interactions. You take responsibility and have the ability to make decisions based on well-founded considerations and prioritizations.
Wage form: Hourly wage.
