Job Responsibilities Do you want an important role where you ensure production runs without interruption? As a maintenance technician, you are a key person in creating a stable, efficient, and high-quality operation. Your responsibilities: • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance • Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize production equipment • Support operators during operational disruptions • Act quickly and solutions-oriented when problems arise • Document completed work and report faults Work hours: Daytime, full-time 100% Start date: By agreement Background and Personal Qualities We are looking for someone with an industrial technical background or equivalent experience who enjoys a hands-on role where you get to work with troubleshooting, repair, and improvement of machinery. You are solutions-oriented, thorough, and keep your composure even when the pace is high or production comes to a standstill. To succeed in this role, we would like you to have: Requirements: • Experience with mechanical troubleshooting and repair of industrial machinery • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and machine documentation • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written • Forklift certification • Ability to work independently and take responsibility Merits: • Knowledge of welding • Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics • Basic electrical knowledge (e.g., sensors and simple troubleshooting) • Industry experience • Hot work certification As a person, you are practically minded, have a sense of precision, and enjoy both independent work and collaboration with colleagues in production.
