LKAB Malmtrafik LKAB Malmtrafik is responsible for loading, unloading and transporting LKAB's iron ore products on the Ore Railway. We transport from the mines in Kiruna and Malmberget to the ports in Luleå and Narvik, as well as to SSAB in Luleå. Your role As production manager for fixed facilities and track, you lead a team consisting of mechanics, electricians, maintenance supervisors and planners. The role involves being a present manager in production with focus on safety, availability and business development. You work closely with operations, train dispatch, contractors and other maintenance functions to ensure the business runs efficiently between planned maintenance stops. You will, among other things: Lead, allocate and follow up daily work together with maintenance supervisors and planners Ensure proper staffing and competency development in the team Work actively with work environment, safety and continuous improvements Participate in and lead forums for daily management according to Lean Take responsibility for permits and safety-related work tasks within the business Drive work toward set goals for safety, availability and production stability With us you'll have the opportunity to develop both the business and the people in it.
