Main responsibilities
Your role will involve delivering the best possible service to all our customers. Your work includes demonstrating the vehicles and their technical features as well as interacting with customers by showing, guiding, explaining, and inspiring them.
You will have overall responsibility for managing our demo cars, incoming new vehicles, and internal service vehicles, ensuring that the vehicles are well-prepared for display, test drives, and delivery. The role also includes overall responsibility for the new car showroom where you ensure that vehicles are presented in the best possible way and that the showroom maintains a high standard.
Other tasks may include:
Managing demo cars, incoming new vehicles, and internal service vehicles
Collecting, delivering, refueling, registering arrivals, and inspecting vehicles
Ensuring organization and presentation in the new car showroom
Scheduling reconditioning and following up that vehicles are ready for delivery
Planning deliveries together with sales staff
Detailing cars
Performing administrative tasks related to vehicle management and delivery processes
What we're looking for
You have a good sense of structure and planning and thrive in a role where you can take responsibility and work independently. You are solution-oriented, thorough, and have an interest in vehicles and customer service. We believe you have experience in service work, administration, or vehicle-related operations. A class B driver's license is required as well as good computer skills. You must be fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Employment type, scope, and location
This is a full-time temporary position at Bilia Mercedes-Benz in Kista, Stockholm. The assignment is expected to last approximately one year with the possibility of extension. If you have questions about the position, please feel free to contact the recruiting manager.
