We need temporary reinforcement for Svappavaara Förädling Kvalitetsservice. The section works systematically and process-oriented throughout the entire flow from mine to finished product to ensure quality. Do you want to be part of laying the foundation for the life we live and that builds the world around us? Your role We are looking for a temporary laboratory technician for Svappavaara's mine lab. The mine lab plays an important role in quality assurance by analyzing samples from operations and ensuring that results meet high quality standards. The mine lab receives samples from Leveäniemi open pit mine and the pellet sintering plant, and prepares and analyzes them. Analyses are performed on a range of different types of materials and using various instruments and methods. Each method is based on established standards, and as a laboratory technician you perform daily analyses and controls. You are also responsible for reviewing and evaluating analytical results before they are approved and reported to the customer.
