We are now seeking a substitute group leader for 1:a Omtanken – a key person who acts as the hub of our operations and contributes to creating security, structure, and quality for both employees and customers. This position is a temporary assignment with the possibility of a permanent employment contract. About the role As a group leader, you will have broad and significant responsibility for your team. You are the link between staff members, management, and our customers, and you work both operatively and administratively. Your tasks include: Ensuring that new schedules are correct, comply with applicable regulations, and are entered into Lifecare Planning. Introducing and training new staff members. Receiving and handling minor complaints from customers and relatives. Ordering incontinence products and aids. Ensuring that medications are delivered to customers safely and securely. Planning and leading certain meetings. Supporting the planner by verifying that services are correct and scheduled according to customers' wishes. The role also includes on-call duty one week per month, which involves responsibility for sick leave and fitness-to-work certifications as well as schedule changes in Lifecare Planning. A combination of leadership and care In addition to the group leader duties, you will work as a nursing assistant in the field, which gives you close contact with both customers and colleagues. This way, you gain a deep understanding of the operations' needs and can contribute to improving the quality of daily work.
