About Us
One of our physiotherapists is taking a well-deserved parental leave, and we are looking for a substitute physiotherapist. Forenede Care provides home health care on behalf of Uppsala Municipality and serves people 65+. We work person-centered and in multidisciplinary teams where you collaborate with occupational therapists, nurses, and care personnel. Here you'll receive close support from both colleagues and management – and have the opportunity to make an impact and develop in your role.
Your Role
As a licensed physiotherapist, you help create the conditions for patients to live as independently, engaged, and meaningfully as possible. -You conduct assessments of activity and functional capacity -Perform interventions such as training and treatment -Fitting and prescribing assistive devices -Work preventively to maintain good health -You work both independently and together with colleagues and other professional groups.
Your work also includes supervising and delegating tasks to personnel within your profession, as well as documenting in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Who Are You? You are a licensed physiotherapist
Preferably you have experience in elderly care
You can work independently and enjoy working in a team
You are solution-focused, confident, and have excellent interpersonal skills
You have a B-class driver's license
We place great emphasis on personal suitability
