We are now seeking an engaged and development-oriented interim unit manager for our Children and Youth Services operations within Individual and Family Care. As a unit manager, you are responsible for leading, coordinating, and developing the Children and Youth Services operations. You have responsibility for operations, personnel, work environment, and budget, and you ensure that operations are conducted with legal security, efficiency, and high quality. You will lead a team of social workers and other professionals and work closely with both management and other unit managers within social services. 1 position(s). You will • lead, plan, and organize operations based on established goals • develop operations within established financial frameworks • support employees so they have the opportunity to grow and develop in their roles • hold responsibility for finances, work environment, and personnel • collaborate with internal and external stakeholders • lead and act in accordance with the assignment and work with a holistic perspective in a politically governed organization. You must have • a social worker degree or other relevant higher education, and/or experience that the employer deems equivalent • experience working as a manager • knowledge in personnel and financial matters, labor law, work environment, and workforce planning • a valid B driver's license. Before employment, a valid extract from the Swedish Police Authority's criminal record register and suspect register must be submitted. It is a merit if you also have • leadership training • management experience within social services • experience working within social services, preferably in authority work with children and young people • good knowledge of relevant legislation, especially the Social Services Act and LVU • good understanding of work in a politically governed organization.
