Boden Tillsammans is now seeking an engaged and driven center developer who is passionate about collaboration, urban life, and local development. Here you will have a key role in creating a vibrant, attractive, and sustainable center – for residents, visitors, and the business community – working in collaboration with service points in the countryside.
About the Assignment
As a center developer, you are the hub of collaboration between the municipality, property owners, retailers, restaurants, and other actors in the city center. You work primarily on an operational level with:
Driving and coordinating development projects in the center
Initiating and following up activities and events
Building strong relationships and engaging local actors
Collaborating with the restaurant network on various events throughout the year
Communicating and marketing Boden center through the channels Handla nära and bodentillsammans.se
You report to the steering committee for Boden Tillsammans and work closely with both the municipality's staff and the local business community.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who:
Has your own drive, can work independently, is solution-oriented, and good at building relationships
Has experience in project management, collaboration, and development work
Feels confident creating and posting content on social media; FB, IG; photos, videos, reels, and has some knowledge and feel for polished productions. Can make simple website updates
Is communicative and expresses yourself well in speech and writing
It is advantageous to have previous experience in center development, collaboration, place development, marketing, project management, project work, communication, or similar roles.

Scope of Position
This is a substitute position for at least 12 months. Full-time with start as soon as possible and by agreement.
