Substitute Treatment Pedagogue Needed

We are seeking a confident, experienced, and stable treatment pedagogue to work as a substitute with us at Båktorp HVB. This position is primarily aimed at you who have the opportunity and want to work evenings and nights. An important requirement is that you are flexible and can work both sleeping nights and waking nights as needed. We are looking for someone who is confident and stable, has good experience in treatment work, and can maintain calm, clarity, and professional conduct even in more demanding situations. You are responsible, reliable, and skilled at creating a sense of security and building good relationships with young people with comprehensive psychosocial challenges/NPF. Previous experience from HVB, treatment activities, or similar work is a merit. We are primarily seeking someone who: • Can work evenings and nights • Can work both sleeping and waking nights • Is experienced, confident, and stable • Is flexible and can step in when needed • Has a calm and professional approach
