Are you interested in becoming our hourly substitute caregiver? We'd love to hear from you—send in your application! We operate two small preschools in Skarpnäck based on the I Ur och Skur methodology. We use experience-based learning where outdoor education plays a central role. If you enjoy outdoor activities and see possibilities regardless of the weather—you're a great fit for us! We are now recruiting hourly substitutes who can work with short notice or on recurring schedules to cover for regular educators when they're absent. It is a merit if you have experience working as a childcare worker. We will place great emphasis on personal qualities. As a person, you are engaged, flexible, and responsible. Your child-focused approach is evident, and you have a positive attitude toward your work, your team, and the entire preschool and unit. You collaborate with children, colleagues, and parents in a responsive and smooth manner, and you listen, communicate, and handle conflicts in a constructive way. You act in accordance with decisions made, the curriculum, goals, policies, and guidelines. As a childcare worker, you contribute to making daily life at the preschool function well and ensure that care and daily educational work are built on children's participation and choices. Together with other colleagues at the preschool, you help create a positive, meaningful, and developmental environment for each child and for the entire group. In daily contact with guardians, you are engaged, child-focused, and service-oriented.
