Omsorgsgruppen is seeking engaged and responsible substitute staff for our daily activity programs Agera and Wurzels in Linköping/Linghem.
For us, the individual is at the center. We work to create a safe, meaningful, and developmental everyday life where each participant has the opportunity to be involved, develop their independence, and do things that feel important and meaningful.
🎨 Agera – Creative and Artistic
Agera is located in central Linköping and is a creative daily activity program. Participants work with art and painting, clay, crafts, music, writing, and theater.
🐴 Wurzels – Practical Farm Work
Wurzels is located on a farm outside Linghem. We work extensively outdoors with animal care, cultivation, wood handling, carpentry, and other practical tasks.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who:
likes working closely with people
is reliable, engaged, and responsible
can take initiative and work independently
collaborates well with others
is flexible and can adapt to the needs of different individuals
Experience working with people with intellectual disabilities and/or autism is an asset. Education in care and support, pedagogy, or the disability field is also beneficial.
Knowledge of approaches such as low-arousal interaction, visual supports, and sign language support is an advantage.
For Wurzels, experience with animals, cultivation, carpentry, or other practical work is an asset. For Agera, experience in creative pursuits, crafts, music, or other creative areas is a plus.
🚗 A driver's license is beneficial.
About the Position
We are looking for substitutes who can work as needed, both for planned leave and shorter shifts. For the right person, there is the possibility of recurring work based on the program's needs and your availability.
