Optimal Assistans creates opportunities for people with disabilities to live an independent and participatory everyday life. We're looking for someone who takes time to listen to your client's needs and is attentive and humble. You are confident in your professional role and have a professional approach. We'd appreciate it if you have experience working with people with multiple disabilities. You enjoy working with established routines but can also make independent decisions based on the person's needs and wishes when needed. You have a good sense of humor and the ability to read the situation of the person you're working with.
