NyKraft is a privately owned company within LSS that provides personal assistance in Halland. The company was established in 2012 with an office in Falkenberg. NyKraft values safety and personal connection, which is why most of our clients and employees are based in Falkenberg. Our goal is to offer more personalized personal assistance. As a client of NyKraft, you are offered individual assistance that is tailored to your needs in collaboration with you. The client participates in recruitment and in the final selection of assistants. We are affiliated with Fremia and have a collective agreement. About the job: We are now seeking substitutes for our client just south of Varberg. Work shifts are scheduled as day 07-16, evening 16-23, awake nights 23-07, or 24-hour shifts 09-09. This is a double-staffed assignment, which means there are always two people working at the same time. We are looking for someone between 25-35 years old with great social skills who enjoys a relaxed atmosphere and preferably has a humorous relationship with your client and colleagues. The client prefers male applicants, but personality and compatibility are what matter most. Job responsibilities: Working as a personal assistant is varied and can differ greatly from day to day. It involves meaningful work where you help another person with everyday tasks that many take for granted. This can include, for example, getting dressed, preparing meals, taking a walk, or other activities that are essential for daily life to function. As a personal assistant, you need empathy and respect for the person you work for. The profession requires high levels of flexibility, responsibility, and commitment. Your ability to work based on the client's focus and wishes is crucial to your suitability as a personal assistant. Given the significant care needs, we prefer candidates with experience in this field, but it is not a requirement as long as you feel comfortable in such situations. Employment begins with on-the-job training combined with education for delegated tasks. It is an advantage if you have a sports interest, as it is common to watch sports such as hockey, football, MMA, and other sports together with the client. Qualifications: • You are calm and clear in your approach and communication • Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as giving and receiving instructions is part of the job • B driver's license Meritorious: • Experience working as a personal assistant • Experience in care and welfare work Language requirements: Swedish (Fluent)
