What We Offer You We offer you the opportunity to work as a teacher in an exciting and different form of school. We work primarily with distance education, but also have elements of remote teaching at our school. Distance education is defined as interactive digital teaching where students and teachers are separated in both time and place. Remote teaching means students and teachers meet in real time where teaching activities are conducted digitally through a service integrated into our learning platform. As a teacher at NTI-skolan, you communicate subject knowledge and guide and assess our students through our learning platform. The platform contains all content for both students and teachers, pre-produced in advance by NTI-skolan's various teacher teams. This means all course planning, reading instructions, practice assignments, lectures, and exams are already available in the learning platform. Your role as a teacher is to guide, support, motivate, and provide both formative and summative feedback and assessment to our students throughout their courses, so they reach their course goals. To support you, the learning platform has smart features that clearly signal student progress to you. You provide individual guidance and conduct examinations online (for example, through oral examinations via web meetings) and assign grades. You follow the student through their course from start to finish. In your work as a teacher at NTI-skolan, you will be part of a subject team with other teachers, led by a lead teacher. You also have support from school leaders, special educators, specialist teachers, academic advisors, and technical support. What We're Looking For We are now seeking a substitute teacher on a part-time basis during October in the subjects of history and/or social studies. You see stimulation and interest in meeting and teaching students online – one on one. As a teacher and educator, you are skilled at engaging with students digitally on their own terms.
