We are currently looking for a Rental Specialist at SISAB for a temporary position of approximately one year. The Role As a Rental Specialist at SISAB, you will be offered a varied assignment where you provide important support to Property Managers and managers in legal and contract-related rental matters. As a Rental Specialist, you will among other things: answer for the company's rental administration, rental economics (billing) and rental-related matters such as rental negotiations, terminations and interpretation of contracts. create and manage lease agreements develop and follow up on the rental billing process conduct rent calculations and revenue analyses follow up on insurance matters ensure a correct and up-to-date property database The role is part of the Governance, Analysis and Monitoring unit at the Finance Department, where there are two Rental Specialists and one Rental Strategist who report to the unit manager. The unit also has 9 Controllers. Your Profile We are looking for you with a degree in law and/or economics at university or college level, or you have built up equivalent knowledge through relevant work experience. You also need to have at least a couple of years of experience with similar work in the real estate industry. In addition, you have good knowledge of rental legislation and premises supply issues, as well as experience with negotiation and preparation of lease agreements. To succeed in this role, we believe that you as a person are driven, analytical and independent. You are structured and have good administrative skills. You work well with others and have well-developed communication skills, and you express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. We consider it a merit if you have experience working with property databases and experience with the Vitec system.
