Temporary Sales Distributor at Pågen in Norrtälje
Pågen is now seeking a temporary Sales Distributor with a B or C driver's license for Saturdays and as needed. You will become part of Sweden's largest sales force, delivering fresh bread to stores and consumers across the country every day.

What does the role entail?
In your work with Pågen's sales force, your overall responsibility is to visit our customers and stores and supply them with our fresh quality products. You will be part of a dedicated team but work independently with the goal of driving sales in the stores you are responsible for. You will have a temporary job that is both varied, active, and fun as it includes a mix of sales and distribution tasks. You have many points of contact, primarily with the customers you visit, but also with your colleagues. With a focus on business and results, we share the desire to improve a little bit every day.
• Visit our customers to stock them with our fresh products.
• Create conditions for good sales in stores.
• Plan and implement sales activities/campaigns and follow up on results.
The position is a temporary role with a start date as soon as September 28, 2026.
Who are you?
As a temporary employee with us, it is important that you can work certain weekends and a couple of days per week.
To succeed and thrive, you need to be social and enjoy a varied and eventful day where you take great personal responsibility. You are responsive and have an easy time building trust and are driven by working toward set goals and creating results. You need to be flexible and have good planning skills and structure with a focus on quality and efficiency in all aspects of your work.
You communicate well in Swedish in both speech and writing, and the position requires that you have a B or C driver's license (YKB). We would like to see that you have experience in retail and sales work, preferably in the food sector.
