About the Position
Våxtorpsskolan is a grades F-9 school with approximately 400 students. In this role, you will work with grades 7-9.
Your assignment includes teaching Swedish and English to grades 7-9. You are responsible for planning, monitoring, and evaluating your instruction together with students and colleagues. You will also serve as a mentor for a class, together with a colleague.
At the school, development efforts are focused on core mission—instruction. Each subject area works within its domain and evaluates and develops instruction together. Support functions at the school (student resources, safety officers, administration, principal, EHT, etc.) work to support teachers so they can focus on core mission and contribute to safety and a good learning environment for students.
Our philosophy is that if we are doing well together as a work team, students will thrive, and through this we create a school with strong results and a healthy work environment for everyone.
The school is mobile-free and there are clear rules for what applies and that these must be followed. This is to create a good work environment for both staff and students and a calm and secure school.

About the Employment
Number of positions: 1
Salary range 38,925 kronor - 52,300 kronor.
Salary is influenced by experience and qualifications.
Start date immediately or by agreement. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis during the process.
