Elementary school/adapted elementary school operations are part of the Department of Education. The operations include 21 elementary schools and adapted elementary school with a total of approximately 4,500 students. Four of the elementary schools are middle schools while the others, with few exceptions, cover grades F-6. After-school programs are also included in the operations. Dansäterskolan (grades F-6 and after-school) is located in Borensberg. 1 position(s). WORK DUTIES You will work planning and implementing high-quality instruction based on the curriculum for after-school programs and in the practical arts field in which you specialize. We are particularly interested in candidates with credentials to teach music, but we can also see other subjects as interesting. We continuously work to develop and adapt instruction through collaborative learning. Collaboration with other educators in various work teams and communication with students' guardians is an important part of the work. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking a certified teacher for after-school programs or equivalent with credentials to teach music or another practical arts subject. You are confident in your pedagogical leadership with good insight into the school's mission and the ability to create structure, work environment, and motivation based on each student's unique circumstances. You should also find it easy to collaborate and build trusting relationships with colleagues, students, and guardians. You must have strong skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
