We are looking for an additional Sous Chef – become part of our kitchen leadership team We are now seeking another Sous Chef for our kitchen. We already have a strong Sous Chef in place and are now looking for you to complement the team and together share responsibility for the kitchen's daily operations, development and leadership. The role is perfect for you if you want to take the next step in your career and be part of creating structure, quality and job satisfaction in a kitchen where teamwork is central. About the role As a Sous Chef with us, you two Sous Chefs will work closely together with the Head Chef and the rest of the kitchen team. You share responsibility for daily operations and support each other in everything from service and staff management to planning and development. This means you get significant responsibility, but also a colleague to collaborate with in the leadership role. Together you ensure that the kitchen maintains high quality, operates efficiently and continues to develop. Your duties Lead and distribute work in the kitchen together with other kitchen management Participate in menu planning and development Work with raw material costs, orders and kitchen economics Contribute to staff planning and work management Ensure routines, quality and structure in daily operations Be a role model in the kitchen and contribute to a positive work environment Drive service forward and ensure that every plate meets a high standard We are looking for you who Have experience as a chef and preferably from a leadership role Are confident in your profession and enjoy taking responsibility Enjoy collaborating and leading together with others Are organized, solution-oriented and stress-resilient Have a positive attitude and contribute to a strong team spirit Want to be part of developing the business long-term We offer An important leadership role where you are two Sous Chefs sharing the responsibility Opportunity to influence and develop the kitchen's working methods A kitchen with high ambitions and great development potential Great colleagues and a strong sense of community Secure terms and good opportunities to develop Application Are you our next Sous Chef?
