Ås Härads Fastigheter is seeking an experienced plumbing technician who wants to join our team. We are looking for someone with plumbing knowledge who enjoys practical work and is used to solving problems independently. With us, you will have a varied job where you work out in our apartments, facilities, and properties. What will you do? Service and repairs in plumbing Troubleshooting and repairs for leaks Replacement and installation of faucets, toilets, valves, etc. Work with water and sewage systems Troubleshooting and work with heating systems, radiators, and circulation pumps Installations and renovations Assist with other practical work when needed You will work both independently and together with our facility technicians and other tradespeople. Who are we looking for? You need to be self-driven, responsible, and solution-oriented. Since you often work in our tenants' homes, it is also important that you are friendly and can interact with people in a professional manner. A valid driver's license is required. Experience with service work in properties and knowledge of heating systems is a big plus. What do we offer? A free and varied job with a lot of personal responsibility.
