JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Care and Support department is now seeking an engaged nursing assistant for our short-term residential care facility in Åmotfors. We offer an employment rate of 75-100%, where the extent can be adjusted by mutual agreement.
At our facility, the residents are at the center. We work person-centered and strive for each individual to receive the support, care, and security needed for a good quality of life. Work is conducted in close collaboration with nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, benefits administrators, physicians, and other care personnel.
We base our work on the organization's core values, where respect, participation, and good conduct permeate everything we do. We value a professional and respectful approach in our interactions with residents, family members, and colleagues.
As a nursing assistant, you have an important role in creating security, comfort, and good care for the residents. Your work tasks include, among other things:
• Personal care and supervision
• Support and assistance based on the individual's needs and abilities
• Performance of delegated health and medical care tasks
• Documentation according to applicable guidelines
• Development, implementation, and follow-up of care plans
• Collaboration with colleagues, family members, and other professionals to ensure good and safe care
QUALIFICATIONS
We're looking for you if you:
• Are a trained nursing assistant or have begun nursing assistant training
• Have experience in care work, preferably in dementia care (a plus)
• Have a positive attitude, enjoy meeting people, and are attentive to their needs
• Have good teamwork skills
• Are flexible and can change workplaces if needed
• Can express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written
Great weight will be placed on personal suitability.
