In your role providing administrative support to the unit manager, you will work in close collaboration with the unit manager and other team members. You will be employed as a nursing assistant, and the administrative support assignment is a commissioned role with a salary supplement running 12 months at a time. About the role As administrative support, you will spend 25% of your position on various administrative tasks and the remaining time on care and support work with our residents. Administrative tasks include: Onboarding of new employees Reviewing reported hours in the scheduling system (Medvind) Assisting with daily planning and resource allocation on the unit, which may also include covering absences during evenings and weekends Ensuring that sign-off lists are maintained, conducting self-inspections and log checks Taking minutes at meetings Supporting colleagues with documentation Keeping files and other documents updated and organized Other administrative tasks as delegated by the unit manager In care and support work at Danvikshem, your main task as a nursing assistant is to help our residents feel good. You do this by providing support with everyday tasks, delivering care and support services, and participating in social activities. You work in close collaboration with other professionals such as nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and activity coordinators. Your knowledge and experience We are looking for you—a fully trained nursing assistant with a protected professional title who shares our genuine interest and commitment to working with elderly people. You have strong command of Swedish, both spoken and written. You have extensive computer skills.
