We are now hiring a maintenance technician for an industrial facility outside Hässleholm where you'll have the opportunity to work close to production alongside dedicated colleagues. About the Position As a maintenance technician, you will contribute to stable and efficient production. The role includes both practical and technical work where troubleshooting, service, and ongoing maintenance are natural parts of your daily activities. Your responsibilities may include: Service and maintenance of machines and production equipment Troubleshooting and minor repairs Participation in improvement and development initiatives Documentation of completed work Collaboration with production and other departments Who Are You? We're looking for someone with a technical interest who enjoys practical work in a production-focused environment. You are responsible, solution-oriented, and have strong collaboration skills. We would like to see that you have: Technical education or equivalent work experience Experience from manufacturing, production, or maintenance work Basic knowledge of mechanics, electrical systems, or automation Troubleshooting experience is a plus Good proficiency in Swedish Welcome to apply – your next career step could start here!
