About the Position
We welcome both experienced welders with several years in the field and those just starting their careers. Perhaps you have a welding qualification as your foundation, practical experience from industry, or have worked with welding and want to continue developing your skills in the trade.
As a welder, you'll work with manual welding and joining various types of components and structures. The work includes preparing and fitting details for welding, reading and interpreting drawings, and following welding instructions. You'll work with different materials and dimensions, adapting your welding to meet the requirements of the finished product. The role also includes checking measurements, fit, and weld quality, and when needed, performing minor finishing work and adjustments. Depending on your experience, you may work with different welding methods and materials. You'll work both independently and with colleagues to ensure the work meets the right quality standards and that production runs safely and efficiently.
Your Profile

- Has welding training or relevant work experience
- Has an interest in technology, welding, and manufacturing
- Is thorough and quality-conscious
- Enjoys practical work
- Can read and understand drawings, or has the willingness to learn
- Is responsible and solution-oriented
