In January 2027, Attendo Roden opens – a brand new and modern elderly residential facility with 60 apartments distributed across 40 units for individuals with dementia and 20 somatic care units. About the Role As a nurse at our residential facilities, you will have varied work where you both work long-term with health plans to increase the quality of life for residents, but also where you make assessments and decisions about interventions in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include offering good palliative care. The transition to Close Care means that more and more healthcare services at the specialist level are provided at the facility. This gives you a variety of stimulating and developmental tasks. You have a supervisory role with great opportunities to influence the operation. As a nurse at Attendo, you are valued and your expertise is highly appreciated. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nurse networks. You are part of the team working to strengthen the individual. Main Responsibilities Medication Management Work in National Quality Registers Supervision of Care Personnel Care Responsibility for Patients Who Are You? As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy supervising and delegating care tasks to nursing staff in healthcare work and are motivated by working together with your colleagues to create high-quality care for those who live with us. You also have good digital skills and feel comfortable working in digital systems, viewing digital approaches as a natural support in daily work. Qualifications Requirements: Licensed Nurse At least three years of professional experience, preferably in elderly care Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written Class B Driver's License Meritorious if you also have Experience working in private care services Experience in supervision Experience starting up an operation Education in geriatrics or district healthcare What Can We Offer You?
