Ref: 20262124 Job Responsibilities We are now seeking three nurses for our pool. The employment is a permanent position within the unit, but job tasks vary depending on the assignment. You need to have experience working as a nurse and be comfortable meeting new people and working in different facilities frequently. As a nurse in the Disability Support Administration, you work with people with various types of disabilities in LSS-housing, social psychiatry, and personal assistance. As a nurse in our pool, you work across all our operational areas, giving you stimulating and varied work. You participate in and carry out assessments and interventions based on your profession, train and guide staff working directly with patients, and collaborate with regional and private primary and hospital care from a holistic patient perspective. You work in teams with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, case managers, nursing assistants, managers, and staff working directly with patients. Your responsibilities include conducting and participating in planning for safe discharge, working together with the discharge coordination team. You actively participate in development work to improve our operations. We offer you varied work with opportunities for personal development and a good introduction. Qualifications Licensed nurse with authorization to practice in Swedish healthcare with at least one year of experience as a nurse. Previous experience working with the target group is advantageous, as is experience in municipal healthcare and working with children. You contribute your knowledge and experience to develop our operations and you naturally enjoy working in teams focused on the patient. To thrive in the position, you are solution-focused as a person and skilled at collaboration, building relationships, and creating new networks. You have a good ability to quickly adapt and handle unexpected situations. Your demeanor is naturally respectful, and you share Malmö city's values where you meet every person with understanding and respect. We expect you to have good experience with IT-based patient record systems and be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written.
