We are now recruiting a licensed nurse for nursing care and health services in the home within the Disability Support Administration in Malmö city. Here you work closely with the patient in their home environment and have an important role in creating security, continuity, and quality in care. Job Responsibilities You will be the patient-responsible nurse and work independently to assess, plan, and implement medical and nursing-related interventions. You have a patient-centered approach where the patient, their family, and the team are in focus. You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team! You are an important link in the care chain who collaborates with primary care, inpatient care, and other care providers. You will receive individualized introduction and mentoring based on your competence and experience. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Holds a valid Swedish nursing license. Has a B driver's license for manual transmission. Can cycle. Has good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. Has a strong interest in working with people, can demonstrate interest and understanding. Fits well into groups and fosters team spirit. Listens and creates dialogue. It is advantageous if you: Have experience working in municipal health and nursing care. Have worked with our target group, people with disabilities. Have specialist training in a relevant area (for example, district nurse, psychiatry, geriatrics, etc.).
