We are a work group of nurses and our own rehabilitation team – and now we are looking for a nurse for our LSS residential facilities in Stockholm. Job Description: Together with colleagues from different professions and external healthcare contacts, you work to create the best possible care – always with the patient in focus. In your role you combine medical assessments, medication management with preventive work and participate in SIP and care planning. You are also responsible for documentation according to HSL and share your expertise by supervising and delegating to nursing staff. About the positions Permanent employment, 100% Working hours: Daytime, Monday–Friday 08.00–16.30 No work shifts on public holidays Start date: By agreement Driver's license: B-class driver's license is required Language: Very good Swedish language skills in both speech and writing Who are you?
