Then you've come to the right place! We at Attendo are now seeking a licensed registered nurse for Fridhemmet in Malmö. Fridhemmet has 45 apartments distributed across three floors. One floor with 17 apartments is a somatic unit. The remaining spaces are for patients with cognitive impairment. Two registered nurses are responsible for the 45 patients. About the Role As a registered nurse with us at our residential facilities, you will have varied work where you work long-term with health plans to improve the quality of life for residents, but you are also the one who makes assessments and decides on measures in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include offering good palliative care. The transition to Close Care means that more and more specialized healthcare services are now provided at the facility. This gives you a variety of stimulating and developmental tasks. You have a leadership role with great opportunities to influence operations since pedagogical guidance of care staff is a significant part of the assignment. As a registered nurse at Attendo, you are valued and your expertise is highly appreciated. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nurse networks. You are part of the team working to strengthen the individual. As a person, you are responsible, independent and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy mentoring and delegating care tasks to care staff members in health and healthcare duties and are motivated by creating high-quality care together with your colleagues for those who live with us. Qualifications Requirements: Licensed registered nurse At least two years of professional experience, preferably in elderly care Very good Swedish language skills both spoken and written Desirable if you also have: Experience from work in private care operations Experience in mentoring Education in geriatrics or district healthcare.
