We at Attendo are now seeking a registered nurse for our facility Attendo Ljung on Värmdö. Ljung has 56 apartments distributed over 2 floors where floor one provides dementia care. Floor 2 provides somatic care and alternating care. About the role As a nurse with us at our residences, you will have varied work where you work long-term with health plans to increase the quality of life for residents, but you are also the one who makes assessments and decisions about measures in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care. The transition to Close Care means that more and more healthcare services at a specialized level are being provided at the residence. This gives you a variety of stimulating and developmental work tasks. You have a supervisory role with great opportunities to influence the operations. As a nurse within Attendo, you are valued and your expertise is highly appreciated. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nursing networks. You are part of the team working to strengthen the individual. Main work tasks - Medication management - Work in national quality registers - Supervision of care personnel - Care responsibility for patients Who are you? As a person, you are responsible, independent and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy supervising and delegating care staff in healthcare tasks and are motivated by creating high-quality care together with your colleagues for those who live with us. Qualifications Requirements: - Registered nurse - At least three years of professional experience, preferably in elderly care - Very good knowledge of Swedish language in both speech and writing Meritorious if you also have - Experience working in private care services - Experience in supervision - Education in geriatrics or district nursing What can we offer you?
