We're now seeking a production manager who wants to take responsibility for daily operations and contribute to the continued development of our production.
As a production manager, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading daily production for our client in Hillerstorp. You'll ensure that production runs efficiently, quality requirements are met, and the team has the right conditions to succeed.
You'll work closely with functions such as orders, planning, inventory, and quality to create a well-functioning production flow. The role is both operational and strategic, meaning you'll be actively present in the operations while driving improvement initiatives and developing work processes.
The production includes, among other things, automatic presses, robot cells, and manual workstations, which requires technical understanding and the ability to make decisions close to the operations.
Your main areas of responsibility
- Plan, lead, and monitor daily production
- Have personnel responsibility
- Ensure that quality requirements and production targets are achieved
- Contribute to preventive maintenance and improved operational reliability
- Drive development and improvement initiatives within production, work environment, and efficiency

We'd like to see that you:
- Have experience from production, preferably within pressing, automation, or as a machine setter.
- Have leadership experience or ambition to take the next step toward a leadership role
- Have good technical understanding and interest in machines and processes
- Can read and understand technical drawings
- Work methodically and have strong self-motivation
- Communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written
