We Are Seeking Staff for AG Stödboende Do you want to work with teenagers and young adults and help create safety, structure, and a path toward greater independence? AG Stödboende is looking for engaged and confident staff to work with teenagers and young adults ages 16–20. The role involves providing individualized support in daily life and helping residents develop their independence. You will work with: support in ADL and residential living skills, school, work, and other activities, finances and contact with authorities, social relationships and meaningful leisure, motivation, structure, and daily planning, support conversations and contact person work, documentation and follow-up, cooperation with social services and other stakeholders. We are looking for someone who is confident, responsible, flexible, and skilled at building relationships—someone who can combine professional conduct with clarity and warmth. Relevant education and experience working with teenagers in settings such as supported housing, HVB, social work, or treatment services are advantages.
