We're looking for new colleagues to join our production team! This is the job for you if you want to work with high-quality products, great colleagues, and an organization you can be proud of! About the Role Hot Screen manufactures heat transfers around the clock, with precision, speed, and the highest quality as our focus. As a production worker here, you'll be a vital part of our process chain. Every transfer print goes through several stages in our production, from color mixing, printing, quality control, and packaging. While the process is industrial, it's almost like a craft. Wherever you fit into the workflow, your contribution is crucial for our customers to receive the market's best heat transfers. Right now, we're looking for three people for printing and one person for finishing. We're Looking for Someone Who: · Is driven, self-motivated, and reliable · Enjoys working in a team and contributing to a positive atmosphere · Is stress-resistant and comfortable with physical work · Has a good eye for detail · Wants to work in a stimulating and growing environment Qualifications: · Good physical fitness (some tasks are physically demanding) · Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written · Previous experience in a production environment is a plus We Offer: · A secure full-time position with rotating shifts every other week · An independent job with significant personal responsibility · A workplace with a climbing wall, car wash, workshop, and a fully equipped gym · Highly engaged colleagues with a lot of heart · A modern production facility with its own treatment plant and a focus on sustainability 🎥 Feel free to watch our video to get a sense of what goes on behind the scenes!
