About Karlslund Karlslund is located in the northern part of central Ängelholm with good transportation connections. The facility consists of four departments spread over two floors. The facility includes shared outdoor areas and balconies. A large common room is located on the ground floor. We will become a dementia-certified facility, which means that everyone working here is trained in dementia and care through Vardaga's Dementia Academy. We use needs-based scheduling. This means that as an employee, you have the opportunity to influence your own working hours based on needs and preferences. We schedule for 5 weeks at a time. You have a team leader who spends most of their time working close to you in the operations. Becoming a team leader can also be a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant. Here we work with animals in care and regularly have visits from therapy dogs. We are constantly working to find new and exciting activities for our residents.
