We are now seeking a consultant leader who wants to combine work in production with additional responsibility for supporting and following up with your colleagues.
As a consultant leader, you work in daily production alongside other consultants, while also having expanded responsibility within the team. You serve as an extended arm of the responsible consultant manager at StudentConsulting and are an important link between the consultants, Förlagssystem, and the consultant manager. In this role, you need to be confident in both supporting others and speaking up when something isn't working or when rules and procedures aren't being followed.
Your main responsibilities
In addition to daily production work, you will, among other things:
Be available to support other consultants in their daily work
Help new and existing consultants understand work methods, procedures, and expectations
Notice and act when rules, safety regulations, or other procedures are not being followed
Be willing to communicate directly with the consultant when something needs to be corrected
Follow up with consultants on their work and identify any need for additional support or feedback
Catch questions, problems, and situations that need to be escalated to the responsible consultant manager
Contribute to good order, work environment, and well-being within the consultant group
Be a role model in daily work and help create a professional culture in the workplace
This role does not involve overall personnel responsibility. However, you will have a clear responsibility to be present in the group, follow up on daily work, and act when something needs attention.
