We are looking for someone who is engaged and responsible and wants to support young men with neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPD) and intellectual disabilities (ID)
Job Duties
• Join in on movies, walks, exercise, cafes, or concerts
You help a young adult gain more freedom, more experiences, and greater participation in life. Simply put: you make it possible to get out and live.
Who are you?
You don't need to be a superhero—but preferably:
• Confident and empathetic
• Somewhat brave in new situations
Experience with NPD, ID, or similar is meritious. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Qualifications
You must be at least 18 years old.
You should be living in Värmdö to be close to work.
Before employment, a criminal background check is required.
What We Offer
Right now we need several employees for fixed-term positions; the need can be anywhere between 6–25 hours per month, and most of the time work is evenings and weekends.
