Job Responsibilities Fellingsbro folkhögskola is part of the Regional Development administration within Region Örebro län. We are part of the shared IT administration, and together with Kävesta folkhögskola we form our own unit. You report to the rector and work closely with other managers at the school, corresponding position holders at Kävesta folkhögskola, our IT educator, and the Region's IT department. Job responsibilities include managing the schools' shared tenant in Microsoft's cloud services as well as being responsible for and maintaining both hardware and software. Staff and participants at the school use laptop computers. We work with MS Teams for communication and as a learning platform. We use the school administration system Schoolsoft and have an external company that supports both Schoolsoft and Teams. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has . relevant education and experience from similar assignments in schools or other organizations/companies . technical competence equivalent to basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure and Intune as well as other Microsoft products . experience and competence in preventive and monitoring IT security work . experience working with hardware . qualities important for the work: good collaboration skills, stress resilience and flexibility as well as good communication skills . a B-class driver's license is required for the position It is meritorious for the position if you have experience working in a school environment. About the Organization Fellingsbro folkhögskola is part of the Regional Development administration. The operations are located in Fellingsbro and Örebro and consist of general courses, profile courses, vocational education at upper secondary and post-secondary level, and also distance courses. The school's profile is directed toward people with disabilities and has a multilingual perspective where Swedish in speech and writing, as well as Swedish sign language, form the foundation.
