Your Role – Electrician with breadth, responsibility, and development opportunities As an electrician in the Maintenance Department, you'll be a vital part of daily operations. Here you'll work both independently and with colleagues in a 24/7 operation that's constantly moving forward. You will work with, among other things: Preventive and corrective maintenance in our process installations Troubleshooting and repairs related to control and regulation equipment Inspection, calibration, and replacement of sensors, motors, control devices, and communication equipment Interpretation of drawings and manuals as well as familiarizing yourself with our process flows Participation in larger planned maintenance work, including commissioning and decommissioning of high-voltage installations This is a job for you if you want variety, freedom with responsibility, and the opportunity to influence your own development. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who has: Secondary education with a focus on electrical/automation or equivalent knowledge Good Swedish proficiency in speech and writing Class B driver's license (manual transmission) Good computer skills We believe you are a person who: Enjoys solving problems and troubleshooting in complex systems Is structured, responsible, and confident in your decisions Likes to alternate between independent work and teamwork Communicates clearly and is service-oriented Has a professional and solution-focused approach We place great importance on your personal qualities – at our company, attitude, engagement, and sense of responsibility are just as important as experience.
