Are you an engaged and responsible person who wants to work with children and young people? We're now hiring multiple substitute teachers for schools in Boden Municipality. As a substitute teacher, you'll work with children and students of various ages and in different settings. In elementary school, from preschool class through grade 9, you'll work with students ages 6–16 years old. Your assignment may involve leading and delivering instruction based on lesson plans or supporting students in their learning throughout the school day. You may work in classrooms from preschool class through grade 9, at after-school centers, or as a student assistant. Your duties vary depending on the assignment and your experience—this could mean supporting individual students, working alongside regular staff, or independently managing instruction based on lesson plans. You'll be employed by StudentConsulting and work as a consultant in Boden Municipality's operations. Work hours are scheduled on weekdays during daytime. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Currently studying to become a childcare provider, preschool teacher, elementary teacher, or similar relevant education. Willing to work extra as needed, with opportunities for full-time employment. A retiree or someone with other primary employment. Responsible, flexible, and genuinely interested in children and young people's development. Good collaboration skills and able to be a reliable and clear adult figure. Solid Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. You enjoy working at different workplaces, adapt easily to new routines and methods, and bring a positive attitude when interacting with children, students, and colleagues.
