We at Attendo are now seeking a nursing assistant for Bunkeflogården in Bunkeflostrand (Malmö). Bunkeflogården is a residential facility with 34 places for people with a diagnosis of cognitive impairment. Apartments are distributed across 4 units—two units per floor. Bunkeflogården is a dementia-certified residential facility, which means that all staff at Bunkeflogården have the competence and knowledge in dementia care. We prioritize our approach to our customers and therefore actively work with BPSD. We also value activities and therefore offer two activities daily.
About the role
As a nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a significant part of your role, as well as being able to contribute with various activities that enrich everyday life for our elderly.
Your work tasks include, among other things:
Personal care according to the facility's procedures based on the customer's individual needs and wishes
When needed, help with, for example, preparing, cooking and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc.
Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions
Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications
Requirements:
Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 credits
Certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or reference from current/previous employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant
Good knowledge of Swedish language (spoken and written)
Good computer skills/computer experience
Merits:
