About the Position
As a nursing assistant with us, you work closely with our clients in their own homes. You become an important part of the client's daily life and contribute to security, good care, and a high quality of life.
The work is varied and always based on the client's individual needs, wishes, and approved services.
Your duties may include:
Personal care based on the client's individual needs and wishes
Help with laundry, cleaning, and other household tasks
Planning and carrying out shopping based on client needs
Light meal preparation and preparation of meals
Social interaction, accompaniment, and relief for family members
Documentation and work based on decided services
Collaboration with colleagues, family members, healthcare services, and case managers

Qualifications
Requirements:
Nursing assistant training of at least 1350 credits.
Certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or reference from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant.
Good knowledge of Swedish language (spoken and written)
Able to navigate using GPS.
Experience working in home services or elderly care
Meritorious:
B driving license
Good cycling experience
Local knowledge of Kungsholmen
Experience working with Stockholm City's documentation system Paragå and internal planning system Welfare Epsilon / formerly Mobilomsorg.

About the Recruitment Process
Before any employment, an extract from the criminal records register along with valid photo ID must be presented. If you are called for an interview, you will need to be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have EU/EES citizenship or a valid work permit.
