At Attendo, we are now recruiting nursing assistants for Attendo Alunskiffern in Varberg. Attendo Alunskiffern is a new and fresh residential facility with 54 places, focused on Sport & Spa. We are driven by quality and adding that special touch to our customers' lives.
About the Role
As a nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a major part of your role, as well as contributing to various activities that enrich daily life for our elderly.
Your responsibilities include:
Personal care according to the facility's procedures, based on the customer's individual needs and wishes
When needed, help with preparing, cooking and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc.
Perform documentation and work according to decided measures
Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, family members, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications
Requirements:
Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 credits.
Professional certificate from Socialstyrelsen or statement from current/previous employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant.
Good knowledge of Swedish language (spoken and written)
Good computer skills/computer experience
Advantageous:
Experience from care work in elderly care
Experience with task delegation.
