About the Workplace
Rudans Primary Care Center opened in 2009 and is characterized by a family-like environment with a close-knit team that constantly works to develop and provide high-quality, accessible care to our patients. Decision-making processes are streamlined, and we maintain a supportive culture. We strive for continuity, ensuring that all patients have a named physician, and we deliver the best care within our available resources.
Our primary care clinic has 25 employees. The team includes a clinic manager, coordinator, specialist physicians, resident physicians, nursing assistants, district nurses, nurses, and a psychologist. We also have several part-time staff members who work regularly. We currently have approximately 7,500 registered patients.
Job Responsibilities
Standard work and training according to the resident physician program with supervision regarding regulations. You will spend part of your time on daytime shifts, which provides a varied work environment and close collaboration with other professional groups. You will have great opportunities to influence your daily work and schedule organization.
Qualifications
Licensed physician. Strong proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. Personal suitability is weighted heavily.
