Information about the workplace Vårdcentralen Trädgårdstorget operates in recently renovated and fresh facilities with excellent quality metrics and satisfied patients. The clinic currently has approximately 7,000 listed patients. We operate on behalf of Region Östergötland with authorization within the healthcare choice system. Currently, there are approximately 28 employees in various professions. Job responsibilities Psychological treatment work at the health center is an important part of our operations. The counseling clinic currently consists of two counseling therapists. The work involves assessment and treatment of mental health within the scope of primary care mental health services. We offer standard primary care-adapted CBT and internet-administered CBT. The position also involves a consultative role with other colleagues at the health center. There are excellent opportunities to participate in developing work methods and procedures at the counseling clinic and how collaboration between different professions functions. We offer varied and stimulating work with engagement in the health center's development and quality initiatives. Qualifications You are a counseling therapist/coordinator with step 1 training in CBT. Experience with treatment work in primary care/psychiatry/occupational health services is a merit. You have good collaboration skills, are organized, and have strong commitment to primary care work methods. You contribute to a positive work environment with a professional and positive approach. Additional information The position is a one-year contract with likely extension and comprises 100% or by agreement.
