We are looking for a knowledgeable parts sales specialist who, with friendly customer service, can assist both our retail customers, our service workshop, and our claims center with vehicle accessories and spare parts.
As a parts sales specialist, you help our retail customers, support our service workshop, and work closely with our claims center. You handle sales, ordering, and picking of spare parts and accessories, manage incoming orders via phone and web, and assist with inventory and deliveries. The role requires a strong focus on customer service, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently.
Your Knowledge
You are experienced working with phone and computer as your primary tools. The work requires you to communicate well in speech and writing in Swedish. You have no problem working independently under your own responsibility. We would like you to have training in vehicle technology or equivalent at least upper secondary level, as well as a class B driver's license. Experience with the systems TACDIS, Vida, Dialogys, Partslink, and Cabas is a plus. Good references from similar work is a major advantage.

The position as parts sales specialist requires that you are skilled at building good relationships and that you go the extra mile to help our customers so they receive an excellent customer experience. You are able to communicate with all types of customers and colleagues. You are thorough, quality-conscious, and have good planning and prioritization skills. You enjoy being part of a team, have good collaboration skills but are also used to working independently under your own responsibility. Furthermore, we see that you are positive, punctual, and responsible with a strong work ethic. We would like you to have good references from similar work.

Employment, Scope, Location, Start Date
The employment is a permanent position, full-time with placement in Borlänge. Start date by agreement. We conduct alcohol and drug testing before employment to ensure a safe work environment for everyone. A background check may be required for this position.
