JOB RESPONSIBILITIES In your role as Planning Expert, your main tasks will be to conduct planning meetings and drive sales of storage solutions and sliding doors from Elfa. You will meet customers both digitally and on-site at Studio Elfa Stockholm. You will work in an inspiring environment and in a team of planning experts and studio hosts, who together will offer customers a high level of customer service and create smart storage solutions. You will primarily: Conduct and follow up on planning meetings Drive sales of storage solutions and sliding doors from Elfa Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, purchases, and payments Assist visiting customers and process payments at the studio PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS To thrive in this role, we see that you have a genuine interest in interior design and smart storage solutions. You are service-oriented, organized, and have a business-minded approach. You work solution-focused, have good analytical skills, and are comfortable working both independently and in a team. Important for the position: Experience in administration and customer service, preferably from a similar role Good analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset Experience in sales Good computer and system skills Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Good knowledge of Finnish ABOUT THE POSITION The position as Planning Expert is a consulting assignment and you will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB. The studio's opening hours are: Monday–Friday: 10.00–18.00 Saturday: 09.30–16.30 Your working hours will primarily follow these times. The position is part-time and corresponds to approximately 50%.
