We are now seeking you, a teacher for grades F-3, at Fågelbärets school for a temporary position.
Your responsibilities
Your tasks involve planning, implementing, and evaluating work individually and together with other educators at the school according to the school's governing documents and with our vision in mind. You will conduct your own teaching and also work closely with other educators in the operation.
As a teacher, you work to promote each student's development and learning. Your responsibility includes creating good relationships with students and maintaining close, positive cooperation with parents and colleagues. You are a role model for all students at the school.
Your qualifications
We are looking for someone with teacher training and teaching certification for grades F-3. To succeed and thrive with us, you need good ability to collaborate, be responsive, and easily understand others' perspectives. You need to be confident, stable, and have good self-awareness.
It is important in this role that you have well-developed pedagogical skills. You have a good understanding of how children and young people acquire knowledge and the different conditions for learning. You are passionate about promoting reading and writing enjoyment and interest in mathematics with the ability to create a clear and warm structure in the classroom.
It is also important that you are flexible and can easily adapt to changing circumstances in the operation.

The position is subject to a background check. Applicants must provide a certificate from the police criminal record registry before employment.
